 Asian Coffee Roasting Championship Finals & Asia - Pacific Roasting Contest

Hosted by Chaos Lab and co-organized by CAFEEX, this competition emphasizes fairness and transparency, creating a platform for sharing techniques and ideas. Competitors will craft outstanding roasted coffee profiles, setting new industry standards.

 International Golden Coffee Award

This competition allows participants to join remotely by sending their roasted beans. On-site, expert baristas prepare the entries using professional espresso and drip methods. Judges evaluate flavor, aroma, and quality to determine the "golden coffee" winner.

 Asian Coffee Union Free Brewing Tournament Championship (China Finals)

Competitors extract the best flavors from designated coffee beans using a variety of brewing methods and equipment. Participants showcase their techniques, explain processes, and highlight unique flavor profiles. The top three winners will represent China at the Asian Finals in South Korea.

- Cupping area

Explore unique coffee beans through guided cupping sessions hosted by top green coffee suppliers, roasters, and estates. Bean suppliers are also invited to participate.

- Fine chocolate tasting & workshop
